Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. When you upgrade, the changes take effect immediately, and you will be prorated for the remaining billing period. When you downgrade, the changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also support PayPal for added convenience. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner Lemon Squeezy.
No, we do not offer refunds for any of our plans. The reason is that Capawesome Cloud can be tested for free for as long as you want before committing to a paid plan. This allows you to evaluate the service and ensure it meets your needs before making a financial commitment.
If you exceed your Monthly Active Users limit, we will notify you via email, and your updates will be paused for new devices until you upgrade or the limit resets. If you exceed your storage limit, you will need to delete old bundles or upgrade your plan before uploading new updates. If you exceed your bandwidth limit, update delivery will be paused until you upgrade or the limit resets at the beginning of the next month.
No, there are no setup fees, activation fees, or hidden costs. The price you see is the price you pay - we believe in transparent pricing. You only pay for what you use based on your selected plan. Even our Enterprise plans have no hidden fees - all costs are discussed upfront.
